Message from the Principal
Cold/Flu Season is starting!
Dahlgren's health and wellness policies state that ill students may return to school when: * They are fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever masking medications such as Tylenol or Motrin. * They have only an occasional cough for 24 hours without the use of cough suppressants. * They are free of vomiting and/or diarrhea for 24 hours without the use of medications such as Pepto Bismol. * They are symptom free and are feeling well enough to fully participate in all aspects of the school day, without the distraction of headache, coughing, or general fatigue. Please know that the Dahlgren health policies are designed to maintain a healthy learning environment for all learners. Announcement from the Front Office!
We are currently doing 100% ID checks at the school. If you are planning on entering the school, you will need to ring the doorbell at the front of the school and be let in. Head straight to the front office with your ID to check in as a visitor. Please do not hold the door open for anyone behind you as we need to let everyone in individually as part of this check. Thank you!
